I am having difficulty dealing with this Indian guy in selling my kitten to him. This is my 1st worst Indian customer record by making non-sense statement in www.wonderpetsworld.blogspot.com and WONDERPET WOLRD business service, Facebook.
I didn’t know what his motive to this is because followed by the 1st issue is about the kitten get flu. After that, I as a seller already shows my responsible to take the kitten back for further checking and change kitten for him but he are not giving me co-operation on that. A minute later, he send me SMS, said “Honestly this is your customer professional feedback to you. WE DON’T WANT ANYTHING FROM YOU! This is a FEEDBACK! 1. Your procedure is silly and unfair to ALL customer. 2. We have high expectation on your cats thinking that you are a professional in dealing cats, unfortunately you are not. 3. Your kitten quality is also bad. SAKIT FLUE AND SO YOUNG. Hope you take this in a positive manner. 4. Furthermore, doctor clarify us your kitten is about 5 weeks old. 6.THIS IS A LIVING THING NOT SOME GOODS THAT YOU CAN EXCHANGE AS YOU WISH. WE ARE AN ANIMAL LOVER. DON’T MISTREAT THEM.”
After that I tell them to ask the doctor to call me directly and show me a written letter regarding my kitten problem but they did not show anything. Then, he decided to ‘end’ the conversation with me. If he in the right position why he can’t send back to me. So, on my mind this guy just play the game with me and hopping it will stop.
The next morning I was looking at chats box at www.wonderpetsworld.blogspot.com suddenly shock with his statement by using nickname of “ROCKOFSALVATION”. He also wrote comment on WONDERPET WOLRD, Facebook by saying about my procedure. For all information, this Is my kitten and my procedure, I have my right to do what I want, if you are not agree with that you can go to others. This is too much MAN… I like to see you in court because you are making mistake by doing this, you topple down my business reputation.
